MGMT's debut Oracular Spectacular is going transcend the hype and be just that. Spectacular. If they can weather the inevitable backlash they just might find kids revisit this, their oracle, in years to come. Deservedly so.

Introducing 'Time to Pretend', a song so prescient that with their recent buzz, they may end up inhabiting the songs characters who 'move to Paris, shoot some heroin and fuck with the stars' if they're not careful. Or are. From the characters they play in the whacked out MS Paint meets Acid video, it looks like they're already having the fun part.
