Witch Hats hitch MySpace to the US

Those MySpace pleas must've worked. Witch Hats are going on tour in the US.

The lurching punk bums from Melbourne - via the backwoods of Tasmania - have self-booked a 15 date tour across the States through July. That 20% extra booking fee cash is going to come in handy as the four piece wind their way up the West Coast, before depositing themselves in Minneapolis for a handful of dates skirting the Great Lakes. Then there's a month long gap in the itinerary before they finish with a date in LA. Giving them time to nurse their wounds in Detroit. Or make it to New York. Let's hope for the latter.

Before they depart Witch Hats play two shows in their homeland. May 30th at Revolver in Melbourne and June 8th at the Come Together festival in Sydney. And for our bored office workers/international readers, here's a live clip from the Super 8 Diaries fundraiser and those US dates.
