A Splendour in the Grass spin-off festival dubbed On The Bright Side will hit WA in July.
The Strokes, Mumford and Sons, The Ting Tings, Band Of Horses and Hot Chip will perform at the newly minted festival, to be held on Saturday July 24 on Perth Esplanade/Riverside Drive. Local supports will come from the likes of Angus & Julia Stone, Bluejuice and The Middle East, with more expected to be announced. All bands are slated to perform at the Splendour in the Grass festival the following weekend in Woodend, QLD.
Though the festival site is still "subject to council approval", tickets go on sale this Friday 28 May from
