NME has posted a list of the top 100 albums of the decade, as voted for by producers, label bosses, and bands including Radiohead, MGMT, Arctic Monkeys, Killers and The Big Pink.

The Strokes take the top spot with Is This It, followed by The Libertines' with Up The Bracket (okay, lost me already). MGMT just snuck in at 100 with Oracular Spectacular.

Julian Casablancas seemed to take the news philosophically, "Does it mean it's a good musical decade or a bad musical decade? I don't know, I'm such a bad judge of my own stuff. But I thought it was great when I heard."

Apparently 2002 was the vintage year of the noughties, fact fans.
