Next Level line-up: Future Music Festival 2013 adds Avicii

He’s graced the international festival circuit appearing on the Coachella, Lollapalooza, Tomorrowland and Creamfields stages, and, after playing at Sydney’s Marquee club opening last year (the unquestionable climax of his career so far) Swedish DJing wunderkind, Avicii, has decided to again grace the humble citizens of Australia with his presence.

The 23-year-old Ibiza, Mykonos and Vegas regular will perform his best rendition of Levels (among other things, we presume) at this year's imminent Future Music Festival.

Set to take on the festival’s famous EDM stage (where Dizzee Rascal, Steve Aoki and Madeon also plan to perform) the club prodigy’s announcement has incited an immutable buzz in every dance music (and, well, FM-listening) tragic's heart across the country. We’re sure the emergent news hasn’t exactly hurt the festival’s ticket sales, either.

If you’re keen to experience the glittery, electro magic - and don your deepest V (matched with nothing but an energy drink of the same name) - in your respective state this March, head to www.futuremusicfestival.com.au now. Azealia Banks, The Prodigy, The Stone Roses, Bloc Party and even PSY have.
