Only a month after she released a statement denying she had condoned cocaine use in an interview, Lily Allen has once again hit the headlines for talking about drugs.

In an interview with Dutch magazine Revu, the gobby singer of "Everyone's At It" offered some parenting advice that has not gone unnoticed...

"Parents should say, ‘Drugs might seem fun, but they do funny things to your brain. Some people react to it good, some don’t. Try it and see what you think’.”

Luckily for Lily's brain she's found that fame gets in the way of 'trying' ecstasy too often...

“If I hadn’t been famous I’d have taken loads. Wouldn’t be too wise right now.”

Thank God for the paps then, eh?

Just to clarify then...

“I’ve never been good with cocaine or drugs like that. They make me passionately angry on everything. I steer clear of heroin or crack."

Bless.

Still, she's lucky she's not in a girl-band. Remember when Brian Harvey was fired from East 17 for his comments on ecstasy, back in the authoritarian 90's?

We've come so far!

Lily's new European and North American tour kicks off next month. Good luck at customs!
