Philadelphia rappers Chiddy Bang have pulled out of their forthcoming slot on the regional Groovin the Moo festival.
Organisers announced today that the hip-hop duo have decided to "cancel their Australian commitments preferring to focus on new TV and radio promotional opportunities for their upcoming album in the USA."
The soulless, gimmicky rap group have been keenly replaced by Brisbane indie-pop purveyours Ball Park Music -- an arrangement that should suit GTM punters just fine. Still, if you happen to have bought tickets to the festival solely to see Chiddy Bang and are disappointed at the switch, organisers are boldly allowing you to put your name to your tastes by offering a refund.
GTM appreciates that there may be people who have purchased tickets especially to see Chiddy Bang. Refunds will be available from 9am ADST Monday 27 February until 5pm ADST on Friday 2 March through MOSHTIX (1300 438 849) or ticketsupport@moshtix.com.au
As
reported last week, the Bendigo Groovin the Moo has already sold out. Tickets for the four other events are still on sale from
