Gotye has continued his seemingly unstoppable run of awards appearances, taking out out Triple J's annual J Award last night at a ceremony in Sydney.
Wally De Backer's
Making Mirrors won Album of the Year over the likes of The Middle East, The Jezabels, Art vs Science and Kimbra. The win comes on the back of De Backer's six awards at last weekend's ARIA Awards.
Other winners on the night were Brisbane newcomer's
Ball Park Park Music, who took out the Unearthed Artist of The Year award, and director Emma Tomelty (and choreographer Sisqo) for their work on
Hermitude's clip for 'Speak of the Devil'.
