If it's not bushfires or lightning storms it's constant - constant - rain. And mud. The 2008 Meredith Music Festival in country Victoria may have been a waterlogged affair but it certainly wasn't a whitewash. Both the crowd and bands rose to the occasion, most overcoming the intense conditions with some blistering performances from the likes of The Bonx, Saul Williams and Holy Fuck. As well as some slightly sodden ones from MGMT, Final Fantasy and  The Mountain Goats.
