Who knew? Point being that Meredith is one of the few festivals in the land (the only?) whose dedicated punters place so much
trust in the organisers. Trust them to unearth an eclectic, diverse line-up from the far reaches of the earth and present it to us in a field near Geelong. Bands that perhaps not everyone is across, bands that get to introduce themselves to a shipped in discerning audience willing to be open to what's being presented at the festivals solitary stage. 'Cause, if they've been booked and they're here, well, they must be doing something right. Right?
Organisers of the Meredith Music Festival have announced just such an eclectic line-up for the 20th Anniversary edition (with a few more to come). We already knew the Dirty Three. Now comes:
