Sydney's Field Day mashes together the lineups from Summadayze and the Falls Festival juggernaut to bring you Justice, Klaxons, Duck Sauce Public Enemy and more to the Domain on New Years Day.

Is this becoming hard to keep up with? Field Day promoters Fuzzy have announced their lineup for the 2011 Sydney event that brings together the Summadayze lineup happening elsewhere around the country (but promoted by Future Entertainment) and elements from the Falls Festival/Southbound/Sunset Sounds lineups (which doesn't go to NSW) announced yesterday. Phew. In any case, hirsute French gents Justice, hip-hop royalty Public Enemy, the best dance-punk band going The Rapture, UK psychedelic "rave punk" guys Klaxons and DJ dude mash up of Armand Van Helden and A-Trak - aka Duck Sauce - will all be earning their frequent flyer points come new years day.

"More Expensive" Tickets: $195 + $7bf = $202 (no hidden charges)

As is becoming customary with dance festivals these days (though one can argue that the line between "dance" festivals and "regular" festivals is becoming very blurry indeed these days) there is a "more expensive" ticket option that gives you a VIP-like experience at the event. "You mean your own chain link fence and some steps? Why didn't you say so?":

"More Expensive" ticket gets you access to the delightfully shaded "Botanic Bar", which includes:

* Speedier bar and a shit-load of toilets
* A viewing platform to relax and unwind
* A chance to meet and greet the artists

Field Day tickets go on sale Midday 26 August from Fuzzy.com.au
