Santi White, aka blogosphere darling
Santogold, has announced an Australian sideshow in January. Just one. So far.
We don't usually write up an artist for announcing just one show but, well, along with the aforementioned tour debuts from
MGMT and
Fleet Foxes, Santogold must be one of the most anticipated visits of the summer. Be nice if she brought a band with her though. Her live appearances on YouTube aren't especially scintillating (see below), though of the three perhaps only Fleet Foxes posses the chops (those pipes!) for such a thing. Fingers crossed.
The sideshow announcement is for Sydney only, to be held at The Forum on Jan 6. Tickets are $58+bf and go on sale midday Wednesday 15th October from
