Two new clips to get your snigger on at home: Weezer's YouTube love in, "Pork and Beans" and The Boat People's band geekathon, "Awkward Orchid Orchard."

The Boat People are a Brisbane band who worked with Melbourne (via Gippsland) producer J Walker on Chandeleirs, their soon to be released second album. Walker's precise messiness is all over this track, a grower helped out by an 'again! again!' video in which 52 band names appear on screen in some form. It's a video to watch with a notepad and pen at the ready. Tick 'em off as you go.

Meanwhile, TheVine headline grabbers Weezer have released the official video for "Pork and Beans." It's a slightly embarrassing "high concept" clip: "we should totally insert ourselves into some, like, really popular YouTube videos. You know, like that Tom Hanks movie, Forrestus Gloomp or whatever. Yeah!" So with their major label cash, they went and did just that – putting themselves into all your favourite clips, standing around awkwardly in the background and such.
