So, it's 2011 and if you are like me, then no doubt you will have a severe case of porridge brain still from New Years Eve. Yes, that's right friends, I had one too many Midori Illusions and it clashed hard with the prescription medicine I am currently on for my infected sinuses.
Taking this into account, I've made a porridge brain special to help ease you into the new year, cos let's be honest - no-one wants to read about hardcore nano-techno1ogy when you're struggling to remember what those floppy things are that are connected to those long things that hang off your main thing. Oh that's right, they're called "hands". ON WITH THE PORRIDGE BRAIN!

once upon a time, I made a huge discovery that my favourite song ever,
Cars by Gary Numan, was pretty much exactly the same as the shutdown music from Windows XP.

Taking this awesome act of God into account, I decided to make a cover version of Cars, using nuttin' but the XP shutdown song and a few other little delights (including some pretty snazzy whistling by yours truly). It's probably the best song I've ever heard, and I've heard stacks of songs.
