Some of the best entertainers down under are coming together to celebrate the life of Aussie legend Don Lane.
The aim of the concert is an admirable one: to raise funds and awareness for Alzheimer's disease along with other forms of dementia. It's perhaps a little known fact that dementia is on the rise and is currently the third leading cause of death in Australia, following heart disease and stroke.
