The idea of capturing slogan graffiti lays in the premise of recording a graffiti author's mood at a point in time.
It is a time capsule that can be traced back and used as a social indicator of a place, person, event or time. Their opinion is for all to see, giving them a mouthpiece that would be otherwise unavailable. Do you agree with what they have to say?
