You asked and Incu provided. Like Jesus feeding the masses, only with less suffering and more fashion, Incu have reached out to their people, and bought us salvation. Stepping up to the plate in a landmark move, Incu are transporting Topshop and Topman to Australian shores. Rubbing your eyeballs? Well don’t because the friction causes lines, and yes, you really did read what you just read. And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, Incu will also be running a special giveaway that will give one lucky customer who shops with Incu in the first month of Topshop’s arrival the chance to win a trip for two to London, courtesy of Virgin Atlantic and Visit Britain.

We spoke exclusively to the Incu men responsible for this, Vincent and Brian, and got the skinny on what we can expect when the international High St behemouth lands in Australia on October the 29th at 10am. The boys were also kind enough to send us some images of the key Topshop and Topman styles you’ll be able to find in Incu stores when the revolution begins.

How exciting is it to bring one of the world's most popular high street brands to Australia?
It’s definitely an exciting project and it has been interesting to see how we can integrate such a well-known brand into the Incu environment. We've have always been fans of both Topshop and Topman and are fascinated with how it has been positioned in the marketplace- they continue to push the boundaries of high street fashion and work with young designers, keeping them always one step ahead of their competitors. Hopefully we are able to do the same thing in Australia.

Topshop and Topman have such a huge reputation, has anything like this ever happened before in Australia?

I don't think so, which really gives us the freedom of positioning the brand properly without any preconceived ideas. We're very interested to see what our customers' reaction to the brand will be.

How are you going to hold the crowds back when the store opens? Are you expecting a huge response?
To be honest, we have no idea! It could really go both ways but I hope customers do make the effort to come down and see what we've created. We've really made sure we've captured the essence of both Topshop and Incu. Whether the response is good or not, we just appreciate the trust that Topshop has given us to bring their brand down here.

With a store opened in Melbourne this year and now this you guys seem on fire. Any other tricks or surprises up your sleeves?

We're always looking for interesting projects but our next major venture will probably be something totally different. We would love to do something that involves the Incu community more and gives back to our customers who have been loyal to us from the very beginning... to say a big "thank you" for all their support. We have some ideas.
