In this week's celeb fashion wrap, it's time to look at the humble suit and the blazer. But first, let's get this out of the way - Michelle Williams and her daughter Matilda are so adorably stylee I get a little tear.
And so to the suit. It can be super hard to get it right. But there are alternatives to the shiny grey ill-fitted number. Check out the velvet jacket on Braylon Edwards and the navy jacket with woven black tie on Adrian Grenier. By day, the grey suit can be worn succesfully with a skinny black tie and a small-lapelled white shirt a la Kutcher.
And how about the black blazer? It is a supremely reliable old friend. It slips so easily over a dress for a party night, and thanks to Balmain and street style, it's back with a vengeance. But when every actress or starlet trots down the red carpet in one, it's time to change. Don't you know you're meant to inspire us? Sheesh. sure, we all have one, but could guys at least get Rachel Zoe to fit you out in something more interesting.
Also this week, poor Robert Pattinson is accessorising heartbreak with a varsity jacket, Eva Green keeps warm in a Lanvin scarf and Angie Harmon kills it in a tan leather dress.
