Style Bubble is the first blog I ever started reading, and years later, is one of the very few I check daily. Innovative, loveable and relatable, Style Bubble is light years ahead of the rest, the fashion blog pioneer. Having said that, I have to preface this article with a warning- Style Bubble will not be on my list of Top 10 Most Awesome Fashion Blogs. That’s mostly because it wouldn’t be fair on the other blogs, and also because we all know Susie and we all already love the pants off her- so I’d prefer to tell you something you don’t already know.

Formerly The Foxy Man, Melbourne’s own RMIT fashion graduates Nadia and Cami are No Discount, and if they had any more attitude my head would explode. These two girls have a completely unique take on fashion, and some very important things to say. Not to mention they’re both slamming hotties with amazing design and production skillz and some very special shoes.

I’ve been following the girls at SixSixSick! for some time now. New York party putter-onerers, the SSS girls are fans of eclectic style, independent design, and Gaga-esque costuming (that they create themselves!). Like No Discount, it’s always refreshing to see bloggers with talent and originality, rather than those who re-post images from elsewhere on the net.

The Considered Ensemble is a stroke of fashion blogging genius. Readers are invited to submit a brief but descriptive paragraph describing their outfit- no image necessary. The Considered Ensemble is an interesting alternative to the personal style and street fashion photography phenomenon.

My favourite street style blog. While you might argue Jak & Jil is too inaccessible to pass as a street style blog, I’d tell you yes, probably, but Tommy Ton’s vibrant, clean imagery and love of colour and eccentricity shows fashion as a highly expressionistic art form.

Sort of like Tavi but better. Australia’s own fashion savvy teen combines a love of fashion with a quick wit, impressive vocabulary and passion for art and culture. Be sure to check out this talented little thing’s online zine, Poketto http://www.pockettozine.com/ as well.

Is Mental is mental. Personal style photos, party photos, street style, great shopping tips, fashion news and a host of other fashion related randomness means that Is Mental has something interesting for everyone, every day. If you love clothes and as are half as promiscuous with your credit card as I am, beware of Is Mental- impeccable taste will link you to all sorts of hazardous online shopping scenarios.

A series of candid Polaroids of people on the street, interspersed with beautiful people, celebrities and art. The Singular is a very personal, intimate take on street fashion photography.

Another young one- I love that Sea of Shoes, despite apparent abundance of cash dollars and access to designer goods, remains individual, colourful and experimental.

Luxirare gets a gold star for effort and dedication. Committed to two of my favourite things- food and clothing, Luxirare never fails to captivate me with immaculately executed creative projects.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention I still have a major girl crush on Queen Michelle and her crazy style…
