Hello and welcome to our second DIY Fashion project. For episode two in our series, we've cornered Maise designer Claire Greaves is teaching us how to make a causal bag out of some old jeans.
Claire is using some jeans that she designed herself, but you can grab largish pair from the op shop.
The bag would look great with a textured denim, so go out and spent those pennies (the old ladies at the op shop will probably ask for pennies) on some acid washed, bubblegum or coloured jeans. If you're using
jeans that you have "found" in your mum or dad's drawer, don't assume they're over them just because they're boot cut. Ask nicely before you cut.
