Chanel Opens Perth Boutique
Last week, the sixth Chanel boutique to grace our far-flung shores opened its doors in Perth, Western Australia. Being the first of its kind for the state, Chanel Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand David Blakely expressed his delight at the new opening, saying: “our valued clients from Western Australia will now be able to shop locally and we're looking forward to introducing new clients to the House of Chanel from December 2012.”
New York-based architect’s Peter Marino’s design plays composite glass off “Parisian inspired white awnings”, meanwhile, the interior sticks to the traditional Chanel colour palette of white, black and beige. The store will feature Ready-To-Wear, shoes, accessories and jewellery, and also have a VIP shopping service: cumulatively bringing some Parisian-toned luxe to 39 King Street.
