There once was a time. A time before time, when men were men and such men could invent without distraction.
Just such a man was
Herr Fritz Träumer. Fritzy to his mates.
Herr Träumer was much more than a sneaker freaker of mixed Swedish and Barvarian heritage. He was a mythical and mysterious sneaker designer
who dedicated his existence to creating the most original and complex adidas sneakers ever seen. They were even more complex than the incredible brain-snapping rainbow styles seen of late.
Herr liberated sneakers from the confines of day to day foot coverings and expedient transportation. He imagined sneakers that would fly, or transform into robots, much like a Decepticon but well before a Deceptcon ever walked. He gave sneakers the ability to create rain, to fire missiles and shape-shift to match their environment - much like a Chameleon.
Träumer's creations were recently displayed in Melbourne at the Dakota 501 store on Chapel Street.
Furthermore, the Lifelounge website has a wide variety of downloadable desktops and such to remind you of a great man who once gave sneakers the attention and obsession they deserve.
