Jack London Spring-Summer 2012 Lookbook
It’s hard out there for a fashion and wallet conscious young gentleman, especially one with a penchant for skinny tailoring. To the point where Jack London is pretty much your option. Just ask Josh Pyke, San Cisco, Alpine and Oh Mercy, all of whom wore the brand at the ARIAs. This season their offering is light and preppy with just enough peppering of eccentricity - in the form of boldly wide stripes and flanno-checks - to keep things interesting. Think coloured chinos, and paisley prints in a mixture of professional blues, creams and earth tones like olive and washed out orche. These are tied together by woven belts that add a hint of yacht rock nomad when worn with blazers and shoes without socks, but probably should stay off-set by tailoring.
The lookbook was styled by Jack London’s designer Karl Bartl, and photographed by Ben Glezer.
Jack London’s high summer range is dropping into stores from today.
