First look of Stylestalker's new collection
Can you tell us a bit about who you are?
"We're bff's who love style and fashion and travelling. We met at uni and collaborated on loads of projects e.g rachel was the drummer in a band and I was the stylist."
What made you decide to start Stylestalker?
"Our mutual love of fashion and the fact that we couldn't find anything we wanted to buy. So we decided to make it."
You're a very fashion forward label, how do you stick to the trends but still retain originality?
"Stylestalker has a strong personality which comes from our personal style. We of course follow the trends but we make it our own through stamping our personal style on it."
What would you see as some of your label's signatures?
"We're into sexy styles with a rock and roll edge so bodycon dresses for the weekend, strong jackets, fur, lace-up."
What are your backgrounds?
"We both come from an advertising/marketing background. Also rachel has a musical background (she can play the drums) and I have an acting background (studied at nida)"
If you weren't doing fashion, what would you be doing?
"Rachel would be a rock star and i would be an stylist."
Can you talk us through your casting choices?
"We choose models that represent the 'stylestalker girl'. They have to not only look the part, but actually live the part."
Can you tell us a bit about who you've dressed and who you'd love to see in your clothes?
"We've dressed Sienna Miller, Katy Perry, Kim Kardashian and Jessica Alba to name a few. i would die if Kate Bosworth or Kate Moss wore our stuff."
