If you're a mad keen T-shirt collector, you get used to facing price tags around the $100- $200 mark. And that's all very well and good for the prime tees you keep in cryogenic capsules in the T-shirt vault. But if you want decent tees to actually wear T-bar at Westfield Doncaster is not a bad solution at all.

Oliver Tilsley runs the shop, and one in Melbourne Central too, and works with Olivia Howard his design partner to deliver some limited edition tees from European designers. Plus the guys develop their own label house tees too.

Two of our fav tees are the Yeah T-shirt and the Drowning tee designed by two French guys, Eric Thome and Laurent Duvoux from WeAreTed. Oliver spotted their mad design skills and commissioned them to create these pieces exclusively for T-bar. The yeah tee will have people staring at your chest for ages trying to work out what it says. The Drowning is just funny.

During August T-bar will launch a new designer every 14 days. First cabs off the rank are Jess Wilson with her My Girl design, followed by Eugene Latenberger with his design The Thing.
Every two weeks, another will be added to build up the already ample designer roster. They're not quite at the quantity of those crazy Japs at graniph, but if that store overwhelms you and you can't make a choice, T-bar is for you.
