Runway shows.
This is where you get to see all the hot winter outfits in one go and feel like a bit of a front row VIP to boot. With so many to choose, our top three are the Student Showcase and Independent Runway. That's where you'll find the emerging designers of the future, and some unusual labels not yet stocked in the department stores. Cultural program There are over one hundred events in the cultural program, so there's something for everyone's taste. Penthouse Moue is the quirky younger sibling to the LMFF. See and buy independent Australian fashion design in the creative environment of another strange disused warehouse space. Location TBC.
Broaden your fashion knowledge at the Jean Paul Gaultier film screening at ACMI, or do a touch of sewing yourself at Thread Den.
