It's World Mental Health Day today. To stave off the mind-wracking anxiety and other psych dross that sometimes builds up, especially around exam time, I've compiled a little gallery of sweet fashiony things to bring a smile to your face (I hope). From the most voluptuous palaeolithic love goddess to delicious French fashion and costumes for cats, they're some wee things to brighten your day. Maybe send it to a friend who would appreciate your brand of cheer. Or at least send a little

The national depression initiative beyond blue say that today's a good day to look at your mental health. Are you happy? Relaxed? Or is everything a little frazzled? Their site has lots of well-researched reasons for depression. Did you know that smoking, a lack of vitamin D, a lack of exercise and lack of sleep can all contribute to depression and anxiety? Well now you do. Their site also has plenty of things to do to sort it out. Not surprisingly, they don't list maxing out your credit card on shoes you'll never wear, though they may list mani-pedis and a hot chocolate with your best friend.
