Judge Stephanie Sautner has sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 30 days in jail for violating the terms of her probation. Linds failed to show up to 14 of her 19 court-ordered therapy appointments and on the whole showed very little interest in completing her community service requirements.

This time around, she will not be able to do the time by the pool under house arrest, but the Judge was kind enough to postpone the sentence so that Lindsay can still do her Playboy shoot.

And in other lenient news, it turns out the 30 days is more likely to be 30 seconds. The LA sheriff's office told TMZ that Lindsay will most likely be in and out of jail in a "matter of minutes". If she fails to live up to her new probation requirements once she's out, it's possible she'll be sent back to prison for 270 days. Or similar.
