Leo is taking a break

Very famous actor slash unanimous pre-teen 90s crush Leonardo DiCaprio has recently spoken of his decision to take a break from acting. DiCaprio said to German publication Bild: “I am a bit drained [...] I’m now going to take a long, long break. I’ve done three films in two years and I'm just worn out”.

Presumably, he is talking about Django Unchained, The Great Gatsby and The Wolf of Wall Street, in which he worked with three great directors (Tarantino, Luhrmann and Scorsese, respectively). DiCaprio will use the time to focus on the environment. He said: “I would like to improve the world a bit [...] I will fly around the world doing good for the environment”. No details yet on what this actually entails — although it will likely involve work with his environmental charity, the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation.

Gatsby and Django will both be released in the coming months, with the latter scheduled in Australia for January 24th.
