Ivy Blue finally pops into view

Ivy Blue finally pops into view

After a year of carefully guarded privacy, the world has seen the face of Ivy Blue Carter after an explosive Twitter leak that was either clever or tacky, depending on how you see it.

The photo of Ivy Blue with her mum is a still from Life Is But A Dream, a documentary on Queen Bey airing on HBO in the U.S. tomorrow.

Jay’s New Day lyrics “Sorry junior, I already ruined ya/Cause you ain’t even alive, paparazzi pursuin' ya” come to mind – they’ve done a pretty good job of keeping her cherubic face hidden for so long.

With a halo of dark curls and expressive brown eyes, she’s all Beyoncé up top, and little flat nose and narrow mouth that’s unmistakeably Jay-Z. We kind of just want to squeeze her.

We’ll have to settle for watching the world’s youngest Billboard chart recipient (after her debut at two days old on her papa’s record Glory) in the documentary, for now.

Compare her with Beyonce at the same age (see gallery) - massive cuties the both of them.

And reminisce on the day her conception was announced:
