So imagine this. You get the chance to photograph Kate Moss, one of the most beautiful women on the planet.

Everything goes well. The shoot goes wonderfully and you produce a stunning photo ... showing just a hint of nipple. Jackpot.

Then the picture gets chosen as the cover for a magazine. The print run kicks off, and you can't wait for it to hit news stands. MUM IS GOING TO BE SO PROUD.

Then, some prude decides that the cover is too risque for the public eye and bans it.

Mother. F*ckers.

That's exactly what has just happened to photographer Hedi Slimane, who shot the image of Kate Moss being used as the cover for Monster Children's new Photo Issue.

The magazine's newsagent distributor decided that the image was just a little too saucy, so they've refused to carry the publication as is. The upshot is that the poor folk at Monster Children had to cover up the newsagent's allocation with a selection of photos that they printed and stuck to the front cover.

But all is not lost - apparently you can still buy the magazine in its original form at some less up-tight bookstores and at Monster Children's online store.

Vive la nipple revolution.
