So, what is your favourite drink for a Friday evening?

Come 6pm you can often find me face-first in a stiff bloody mary, or sometimes I like to keep it old fashioned and simply knock the top off a cold frothy.

But if you really want to ring in the weekend in style, you should check out this amazing Cookies 'n' Cream cocktail, created by Gemma Purcell for Australian Good Taste magazine. It makes six, so you can either share them with friends, or drink them all yourself and get fat and drunk.

Ingredients
* 12 (about 130g) Oreo biscuits
* 375ml (1 1/2 cup) pouring cream
* 125ml (1/2 cup) Frangelico liqueur
* 125ml (1/2 cup) Kahlua liqueur
* 125ml (1/2 cup) Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur
* 3 tbs honey
* 2 cups ice cubes
* 375ml (1 1/2 cup) pouring cream, extra

Method
1. Place the biscuits in a bowl. Use the end of a rolling pin to gently pound until coarsely crushed.
2. Use an electric beater to whisk the cream in a large bowl until firm peaks form.
3. Place the Frangelico, Kahlua, Baileys, honey, ice cubes, extra cream and half the biscuit in the jug of a blender, and blend until the ice is crushed and the mixture is well combined.
4. Divide the mixture among serving glasses. Top with a dollop of cream and sprinkle with the remaining biscuit to serve.

Have a good weekend. Hic.
