Like I’ve mentioned a million times, I like the finer things in life. Suits, soaps and champagne. That’s kind of it. Life is pretty nice on this side. My taste is pretty specific but not close-minded. Well, that’s what I like to tell myself. I’m a walking contradiction most days, but there is one thing that is set in stone for me. Baked treats. Basically any sort of bakery paraphernalia is right up my alley. I live and die for that shit.
There is one such place that really does it for me and Magnolia Bakery is that place. Located on 3rd in LA, Magnolia was originally started in NYC’S Greenwich Village in 1996. Since then it has spawned other locations in LA and believe it or not, Dubai. Pretty genius, huh? This place is pretty much heaven for all kinds of things. But the one thing that really got me is there Banana Pudding. It is so next level. Now I’ve always been one to hate on the substance that is pudding. But in this case I made an expectation and I don’t regret it. There are a number of places like this one in LA. The other one is
Babycakes NYC. Again started in New York, this place is the jam.
So there you have it, I just dropped two places to visit when you’re in LA, your invoice is in the mail.
