Blogs are an interesting thing. Some are
good some are bad. One thing’s for certain, most are great time wasters. Sometimes I wounder if this blog is nothing but that, a waste of time. I'm joking of course; your time is very much appreciated. Some of the best blogs in my opinion are ones that have their own voice and style. Those ones are usually hard to come by. I mean every girl can start a blog and write poems about drinking beer in the park. Maybe there is something in that but I like the ones that show a personality without even trying.
The way a blog, in my opinion, can be successful is if it is totally
its own entity. It must communicate a style and point of view. One
that I find absolutely fascinating and incredible is JJJJound. My good friends over at
Harrison Fjord showed me this one ages ago and I thought I might pass it on. Right from the get go you can see it has it's own aesthetic. The sheer wealth of this thing is overwhelming. Not only is it incredible but also it's surely the stylist’s dream. The way the blog manages to show stylistic connections between objects of no relevance is a great
complement to the blogs contributors.
Anyway enough ass kissing, have a look for yourself and just remember, keep track of time cause once you start looking at this you’ll find it hard to stop.
