To launch his autumn/winter 2010 range, acclaimed women's wear designer Dion Lee has created a limited edition book titled, How to Be Invisible.

The A3 book was created in collaboration with photographer Tim Richardson and shot at Lake George and in studio.

I love fashion keepsakes like these - they add something permanent to what is ordinarily a very throwaway industry. If I collected all the press releases, lookbooks, packing foam and paper, bubble wrap and boxes from my years in media I'd have built a mountain big enough to trek.

Books like these also give people a chance to sense at least some of the creative process and principals that have gone into creating what they see on a hanger. Plus it looks fancy on your coffee table.

Icy, cybernetic and carved with sharp lines and unexpected cutaways, the new collection from Dion Lee is as breathtaking as his previous. I for one can't wait to stuff myself into the white pants with the metal detailing.
