Like something out of Almost Famous, Brad Elterman's career in social celebrity photography began at the ripe old age of 16 when he was loaned a camera to take to a concert.
His very first photo was of a young Bob Dylan performing on stage which was published in 1974 and for the following decade he spent countless nights documenting Hollwood's party scene and the emerging rock, punk and pop stars of the day. These included the likes of David Bowie, the Sex Pistols, the Runaways, Kiss, Queen, Blondie, the Ramones, the Bay City Rollers, Abba, Boney M, Kenny Rogers, The Who, Leif Garrett, Michael Jackson and heaps more.
