Why is a site full of pictures of peoples cats, paired with oddly-spelt captions and over-exaggerated anthropomorphism funny? I'm not sure, but it is.

I STILL don't understand what this site is about. It has weird stories and information provided by a kooky guy who updates the site randomly.
The story about a guy trying to pay his bills using a hand-drawn picture of a spider, is wonderful.
