“And now itʼs in print” is a newspaper of things that were originally on the internet. Some would say itʼs an exercise in getting it wrong but we think itʼs a great way to highlight incredible local content in a printed zeitgeist.
The publicationʼs voice is: “Hey you there, thereʼs a whole culture going on. Donʼt you want to know about it?”
Inspired by the US-based Newspaper Club, “And now itʼs in print” is a 24 page, full-colour A3 newspaper promoting the wealth of online content produced in Melbourne, Australia and around the world. It will put projects into print which were originally created for online audiences.
In a little over a month the newspapers publishers Ross Floate and Ned Dwyer have managed to pull the paper, get it to print and organise a launch event.
Only 500 copies of And Now It's In Print will be produced, all of which will be distributed for free at the launch on June 24 at £1000 Bend.
If you want to get your hands on a copy and get along to see what it's all about RSVP via the And Now It's In Print website by clicking
