We have the crafty Don Yenko to thank for the Super Camaro. Yenko was responsible for finding a way around the GM engine restriction impossed on the first generation Camaros. In '67 he dropped a Corvette 7lt engine into an SS Camaro and the rest they say, is history.
The '69 Yenko special is by far the sexiest of all them all. Wiki tells me one sold for 2.2 million recently. Check the picture.
