The new LOLTATZ

Tattoos are cool right? True. They are for the most part unthoughtful, over-thought out, brooding to the point of vomit or just plain retarded. Sure, they can be beautiful and amazing and awesome. Well, I don't know if you know, but I have been documenting it for a minute or so now, and I can assure you there is quite a collection of mistakes and awesome retardedness.

It's been about 6 months since I last started LOLTATZ and reported here on The Vine. 600 posts and 1.3 million people later we have a new site. I started LOLTATZ because there was a niche market that was not well documented on the internets, surprised? I am, no really. You'd think that there would be an abundance of awesome collections of bad/badass tattoo's huh? Nope.

There is of course the ever expanding libraries of BMEink, which is amazing to browse but it is not all LOL's just yawns of monotonous narcissistic ink scribbles on skin, great for ideas or how to better yourself and highly recommended but having said that you will soon realise JUST how fucked some people are, really though.

It was not long before the internets tried to recreate the instance of LOLLING at the action; tattooing, and while most of them are just the same regurgitated shit you've seen in a bazillion work forwarded PG or SFW emails, they are for the most part built in a yawn factory.

LOLTATZ? Not so. You see I have what you might call a "shit filter", something similar sites seem to be lacking a shitload of, just because it's 'bad' or 'horrible' is just not enough any more, it's boring and it's sad.

Recently I was interviewed by the quality new zine Post Modern Ink (not in the same vein as those trucker stop tattoo People-esque mags), and also by the lovely ladies over at Mayoress.

So without further ado, I give you the new site.
