So, I discovered the blog
Sir Parmalot the other day, which focuses on one man's obsession with the humble chicken parmigiana.
And he's right - there's a lot to like about a chicken parma. It has cheese. It has sloppy tomato sauce. It has crunchy fried chicken. God ... it had me at "hello".
But my question to you, dear Vine reader, is where in Australia would one find the best parma?
To be honest, I'd be willing to travel all the way to Perth if I heard they had a cracking parma over there.
Have hunger, will travel, etc.
