Despite the cold, spring/summer wares have been steadily filtering into our stores of late, ensuing lengthy must-have lists and where-to-wear itineraries.

If brightening your apparel is appealing, but the thought of slipping into something barely-there isn’t, why not make like your ghetto fabulous and paint your nails a bold colour instead? You’ll see, where bling makes the projects sufferable, neon nails can be just as affective in taking the bad and bland out of winter’s weather and wardrobe.
