‘Footloose’, with all its toe-tapping, finger-snapping, uninhibited air-guitar goodness may have been Kevin Bacon’s ticket to ride, but let’s be honest, it was Lori Singer as Ariel (the rebellious preacher’s daughter) with her high-waisted jeans, cowboy boots and hot roller-hairdos that had every girl worth her weight in Impulse dancing in her lounge room. Get Lori’s look by applying a generous amount of volumising mousse to damp hair. Dry it in sections using a medium-sized round brush, then finish with a small amount of Bumble and Bumble’s Grooming Cream applied to the ends. Next, brush your brows upwards and set in place using MAC’s clear mascara before tending your lashes using Stila’s Multi-effect mascara in black. For that flushed effect add a pinky/gold blush such NAR’s blush in Orgasm to the apples of your cheeks. And finally, add a slick of gloss to your lips - try BECCA’s Glossy Lip Tint in Cherry Bomb.
