Absinthe’s ‘NowHere’ Trailer


Always some of the gnarliest snowboard films released each year, Absinthe has got their 2010 release ‘NowHere’ trailer out and it is looking amazing… The film features an all star cast including Jake Blauvelt, Gigi Rüf, Romain deMarchi, DCP, JP Solberg, Annie Boulanger, Marie-France Roy, Bjorn Leines, Tadashi Fuse, Terje Haakonsen, Bode Merrill, Nicolas Müller and more. Billabong’s Taj Burrow Signature Collection


Billabong has released a signature collection for Taj Burrow that has some pretty awesome looking pieces in it… According to the release, Taj said, “When we were approving the pieces, I would think: Could I put this on at 6:30 am and still be happy wearing it at midnight? … If the answer was yes, they’re all in here.” There’s a few images in the gallery above of different styles from the range, the gear looks the goods.

Kr3w’s 2010 Fall Lookbook


Kr3w released a lookbook for their fall 2010 range and the gear is looking amazing. Particular favourites are the Manchester Jacket in Grey Tweed and the Wilcox varsity jacket. Winter Dew Tour Pipe Gains 4 Feet


The Winter Dew Tour have announced that they’ll be jumping the size of the pipe for this winters contests from 18 feet to 22 feet. Pro snowboarder Danny Davis said, “I’m stoked that the Winter Dew Tour will have 22-foot pipes this season … The level of riding and amplitude that we can get on the larger pipe makes all of the difference. Fans can expect to see some awesome competitions all season long.” Transworld raises the issue that many resorts don’t have the ability to build 22 foot pipes however I’m sure this is something they’ve worked out before making the announcement.
