Armageddon Wasted is opening tonight in Highlander Lane. For those of you who haven’t heard of the show yet it is a groups show featuring some of Australia’s most talented street and skate artists. All bases appear to be covered. From lens bandito Steve Gourlay to Danny Young of tattoo fame, to painters an Andy Murphy and Nate Gamble to writers like Jay Walker and Jim Sargent to curator Tom Gerrad.

I just got off the blower to Nate Gamble who said “Yeah there is no real theme for the show, basically just a bunch of mates who decided to have a show. ”

Oh and just incase you were wondering about the location, this just in from a site devoted to Melbourne’s Lanes. “Highlander Lane is between Flinders Street, Flinders Ln, King St and William St. It is possibly the greenest lane in the city with its huge pot plants pushed almost to the buildings. Having to walk around these massive pots is a hassle when cars make their way down the alley.”
