Check this out. She is currently rocking and owning a blonde crop that is precisely nothing like Agy's. She adorns said crop with a wee black peonie, and her outfit is a very simple grey jumper and (you can't see it coz I cropped it) pair of little black shorts. A simple slick of black eyeliner brings her gamine look together. So elemental. So easy to do, yet so simply glam.
You could very much pull this look off yourself. Any old shop from Dotti to Saba will have a grey jumper and you could make that headband from a black flower at Lincraft hot-glued to a headband that you no doubt already own.
