Ben Frost to whip up a T-shirt to give away when you buy one of their digi cams. The cameras are $399 online. A
Nicholas Morley T-shirt featuring Ben's best work is around $80.
Why do companies round up someone credible, get some kind of token promo piece out of them and expect we'll buy their product? If you need the camera, you're going to buy it whether there's a middling T-shirt on offer or not. If they think they need the cred, why don't they get the designer to create a really interesting piece?
I think Ben designed this T-shirt in his sleep. Ben's work on the Nicholas Morley collection was eye-poppingly colourful and pleasing. This promo T-shirt is not. Just buy some of his art from stupidkrap.com, and maybe also get a Nicholas Morley T-shirt from Zero in Chatswood, or similar store.
Then you can sit around and take digi snaps of your great T-shirt and your great art.
