Why is Halloween such a big deal here all of a sudden?
It didn't ever had a massive impact on me as a kid. Most of the time my mum forgot it was Halloween and didn't have any confectionary on hand. When kids came knocking at our door Mum'd get all flustered, disappear into the pantry for a half hour (whilst my dad kept the knee-high knockers on their toes by asking to be shown a trick) then Mum'd come back with something embarrassing like Health Bars or bananas, before sending me outside with a Chux to clean the egg yolk off the letterbox.
Anyway. Here's a bunch of pretty good songs that have things like cats and ghosts and moons in their titles. Shiny up your witches' brogues and start pulling your Satanist shapes.
