So there's these totally "funny" T-shirt about mowing your lawn and how
Emo kids cut themselves. Firstly, there's a drought. You shouldn't have
a lawn. Secondly, it isn't funny to joke about people who self harm.
Self-harming is a serious issue that relates back to self-image and confidence. If someone is so down that they are hurting themselves, we should
support them, not make "funny" T-shirts.
Plus, cutting yourself is not exclusive to emos. There are probably some very pretty blonde people who listen to Enya and cut themselves. They don't make for "funny" T-shirts though, do they? So they don't get teased.
