We've kept posting about Silk Wolf ever since we first heard him last year. Pretty much every mix he makes we want to share with the world. Hence, why D&N is posting an Atlantan Dj on an Aussie site. Destin Jacobus a.k.a Silk Wolf newest mix 'Shake It or Leave It' is over a hour long, jammed packed with savory tracks to keep everyone's weekend a float.

With the weekend vastly upon us here in the states I had time to ask Silk Wolf nine quick questions.


1.Favorite food joint in Atlanta:

R.Thomas, it's all natural food, and it's always open super late. Simply the best place to go after a late night of DJing/clubbing. It's also a great spot to meet up with other DJ's, promoters and the club owners.

2.New found artist love :

I've been listening to alot of Fan Death & Bat for Lashes lately. 

3.Favorite place to spin :

House parties. The vibe is so more raw and less pretentious. 

4.One item you can't live without.

My iPhone & MacBook. I guess that's two. :)

5.How long have you been spinning?

Since about 1999.

6.Favorite Beer :

Red Stripe
7.Blondes or Brunettes:

 Whichever color my wife has at the moment.

8.Music Legend :

9.Stubby Cooler or Coozie

Cooler, I can't keep up with coozies.
